Fall is here.

We just got back from Canton, MS and their big Arts and Crafts show. We went up there to visit our good friends Aaron and Selena Hill and their two boys: Cayden and Caleb. The day was hot and busy, but it was a great time and we really enjoyed getting to see our friends. Danny and I have been very busy lately. Gi-Gi's Designs teamed up with Simply Southern (owner- Margen Labauve) and we were exhibitors in the Zachary United Methodist Craft Show in Zachary. It was a poor turnout of people and therefore profit, but it was a valuable experience and a learning tool as far as our little home based business goes. There are still so many projects at the new house...and we haven't see our friends the deer lately. (maybe they know bow season started) But, we were seeing up to three deer in "our backyard" pretty regularly. My plan is to entice them back...so I've been asking Danny to get us a feeder and eventually one of those wildlife cameras. The boys are growing up too fast. Tanner is quite the chatterbox lately much to Danny's dismay. Sometimes Daddy just likes quiet and Tanner doesn't know the meaning of that word lately. Some funny new expressions are, "Tanner- no like ____ " Translation: I don't like/don't want. "Me too" Translations: love you too, I like that as well Wuv you Translation: I love you. Go See Nana, Paw-paw, Bek Translation: Want to go to Nana's house. Mama, "giggers" Translation: I see some sort of "digger" - excavator, backhoe, etc. Eli is already 5 months old. I have never known a happier child (minus maybe Beka) But, he smiles and giggles constantly...he seems to love life and he is always moving - definitely gets that always moving from his Daddy.

Moving!

The Fullers are moving...AGAIN. The plan is to make the historic move back to the "country" next Tuesday. Let me say in advance we covet prayers for this repeat endeavor. To those of you that know us..you already know our reasons behind this 2nd move in less than 2 years- but to those that don't, here is your indeed brief explanation. 1. Danny needs a shop/barn for his tools
2. Angie and Danny wanted more yard aka acreage 3. This lower mortgage allows for Angie to stay home with boys
With all that said, I woke up this morning EXCITED to be moving and excited about the possibilities of this new house and how God is going to continue to work in our lives...and well just excited for new beginnings!

Photography Business

Eli's most recent photo shoot.
What do you think?
Angela Fuller- photographer of adorable babies.
It's definitely on the list of possibilities....

Home is where the heart is.........

With Eli here, the plan is for me to now be "officially" a stay at home Mom.
Although, I interviewed with WFeliciana which is my dream job; I haven't heard back from them which is what I halfway expected. Not many school systems want a school counselor with only one year of experience...but it was worth the interview.
Staying home. The idea itself terrifies me to be honest. I never thought of myself as a stay at home wife or mom. The occupation was not ever on my to do or even will consider list. Then I had Tanner and the idea of paying someone else the equivalent of a small fortune only to miss him all day was a little crazy. But, one in day school made sense sort of, but two in dayschool amounts to maybe "clearing" 300-400 dollars a month more....
The hubby and I discussed- couldn't I do "something" and make 300 dollars?? And, so the search for $300 dollars a month has begun. I have so many good friends that have incomes generated from the free time...I would like to think that maybe with God's blessing I could do that too. So, will it be something crafty or simply counseling for clients on the weekend??
Really, not sure. Recently, we have been discussing maybe with the new shop Danny has plans to build- maybe I would just be responsible for marketing all of his woodwork. Considering custom antique cypress picture frames...

Elijah Edward

Eli was born on April 27,2009 weighing in at 9lbs 1oz. Big BOY!
He has curly dark hair and big blue eyes and two dimples on either cheek have been sighted by numerous awed friends and family. He has been nicknamed "Squeaker" because when he gets hungry he starts snorting like a little pig- therefore squeaker. His dad started it and then well what can I say- it fits for the moment. And besides one short stay at the NICU at Woman's where he underwent surgery on an infected "bobo"- he is home and healthy and happy!

Tanner Cuteness

So, Tanner two will be here any day now.......haha
We definitely expect him by April 27th- my scheduled C-section.
Tanner has been very talkative lately. Almost all of his sayings are adorable, but the name Moma repeated 200x in a row can get old..quickly!
Here's some of the latest Tanerese........
yuv u - I love you
wattadoin- What are you doing?
eraroo- Where are you?
soutsides- outside
Also, I have never heard of a child having an imaginary insect, but Tanner does. Everything here lately is the bee. For example:
Mom says: Goodness, Tanner that was a big sneeze. Why did you sneeze so big?
Tanner: the bee
Mom says: Tanner what's wrong?
Tanner: There's a bee in my shirt.
Tanner starts crying...Mom says, "Why are you crying?"
Tanners says: Momma, the bee, hurt, hurt.
So, absolutely too funny- he has an imaginary insect who causes trouble, hurts him, and causes him to sneeze!
As far as the new baby, I think we are finally preparing at the Fuller household.
Daniel got down all the "baby stuff" and we have been busy cleaning and disinfecting left and right. When I got see Dr. Guidry this week, she will be giving me all of my directions for Monday and I'll go to the hospital and write them a check so we can take home our bundle of joy!

36 weeks!

So, yesterday was our visit to Dr. Guidry. Tanner got to hear baby brother's heartbeat again. This time as we were listening, Dr. Guidry started talking to me and he actually told her to Shhh.... (hilarious!) Daniel and Tanner have started this "squeeze" thing. Basically, a "squeeze" is a hug as tight as Tanner can get it! It's so precious- Daddy and him squeeze back and forth and then Tanner will come up to you and make fists and say Squeezeee! Way cute. His favorite book for a while now has been ..The Cow Who Lost her Moo...Well, because of that every time we see an animal mentioned in the book he doesn't say, Look- there's a cow! Instead- he just starts Mooing! at the top of his lungs! Again- pretty hilarious... Especially when you are outside and he starts saying chee, chee, chee, chee, chee... I thought he had gone a little crazy, until I saw the squirrel and then well...then it made sense. Mommy is the last one to clue in on what's going on....

Cute Tanner sayings

So, now that Tanner is talking up a storm, thought I would post some of his sayings.... Two, two, go! Instead of the traditional one, two, three, go. Mommy-Daddy - said together always- it's like we are a compound word Me: Tanner, should we buy your Daddy a truck for his birthday? Tanner: Uh-huh- truck Me: Ok, so he needs a truck. Tanner: And a boat. Me: Oh really- he needs a boat too? Tanner: And a plane! Me: hysterically laughing.... and calling his Daddy!
